The Paid Media & Agentic Search Lead will drive best‑in‑class industry practices and enable markets to deliver precise, scalable, and outcome‑driven media performance - from discovery to conversion.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring strong integration across media and content, and pioneer AI‑empowered discovery, helping IPC markets shift toward insight‑led, discovery‑first, and performance‑anchored media strategies.

Strategic Media Planning
* Translate business and brand objectives into media objectives, ensuring sufficiency across funnel, platforms, and product priorities.
* Lead the evolution of media planning frameworks to reflect modern discovery dynamics.
* Partner with markets and sectors to align annual planning and key campaign planning.

* Advance audience‑led planning, including validation of targeting effectiveness across platforms.
* Apply AI‑powered audience, signal, and diagnostic tools to improve precision and effectiveness.
