Lead Concierge

Lead Concierge Schedule: Full-time Day Shift - Occasional Weekends Availability Needed
Pay Range: $20-$22 / hour

Job Responsibilities


* Supervise, coach, and support concierge/front desk team members


* Assist with scheduling, training, and performance feedback


* Ensure consistent service standards and professionalism across all shifts


* Step in to support front desk coverage as needed


* Create a warm, welcoming environment for residents, families, and visitors


* Address questions, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner


* Build positive relationships with residents and ensure a high level of satisfaction


* Support new resident move-ins and provide orientation to community services


* Oversee daily front desk functions including phones, greeting guests, and managing inquiries


* Coordinate communication between departments (nursing, dining, maintenance, activities, etc.)


* Maintain accurate logs, documentation, and message tracking


* Ensure security and safety procedures are followed (visitor sign-in, emergency protocols, etc.)

Qualifications:


* Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.


* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred


* 1-3 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or senior living


* Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred


* Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills


* Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment


* Proficiency with computers and office systems (Microsoft Office, scheduling systems, etc.)


* Passion for working with seniors and providing exceptional service
