Administrative Operations Assistant - Patient Meal Operations
Work Schedule :
100%, day shift working Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

Serve as a knowledgeable resource for culinary services staff by responding to questions and providing day‑to‑day administrative support.
We are seeking an Administrative Operations Assistant to:
* Partner closely with leadership to assist with projects, initiatives, and process improvements.
* Coordinate and communicate across teams to support scheduling, workflow, and timely sharing of information.
* Coordinate, monitor, and order supplies, materials, and equipment to support departmental operations.
* Enter, track, and manage departmental data and information to support key operational initiatives.

Qualifications
* High School Diploma or equivalent Required
* Associate's Degree in Business Administration or related field Preferred
Work Experience
* 1 year experience in an administrative support role Required
* 3 years experience in an administrative support function Preferred
* Previous experience in a health care setting Preferred
