Design Safety and Reliability Engineering Specialist

Join our dynamic team as a Reliability Engineer and drive innovation in product design! We're looking for a passionate professional to revolutionize our manufacturing processes and reliability initiatives.

What will you do:


* Lead Technical Leaders and Solution Architects through the SE 'Design for Safety and Reliability' (DfSR) process


* Develop mission profiles for new opportunities


* Support the creation of P-Diagrams and DFMEAs for new designs


* Advise in creation and execution of Risk Mitigation actions


* Report weekly on DfSR activity status and escalate risks

What will make you successful:


* Proven track record in reliability engineering and design for manufacturing


* Strong technical expertise in engineering power distribution and energy storage systems


* Demonstrated ability to optimize production processes and resolve complex manufacturing challenges


* Knowledge of quality control methodologies


* Excellence in cross-functional collaboration and project management

Qualifications:


* Technical engineering degree or equivalent preferred


* 5+ years of experience preferred
