Upstream Planning Leader

Be part of an exciting journey in manufacturing excellence! We're looking for an Upstream Planning Leader in our El Paso, TX, location.

What will you do:


* Orchestrate upstream supplier flows while managing forecasts and logistics terms to enhance supply chain performance


* Drive continuous improvement in supply and stock management parameters, including replenishment lead times, quantities, and stocking policies


* Coordinate material requirements planning, procurement, and inventory control processes


* Manage end-to-end material flows from suppliers to workshop and finished goods distribution


* Forecasting and Develping processes

* Proven track record in manufacturing materials procurement and supply chain logistics


* Strong expertise in materials requirements planning and inventory control systems


* Demonstrated ability to manage supplier relationships and optimize supply chain performance


* Excellence in production scheduling and capacity planning


* Outstanding analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail


* Strong maintenance of info records


* Lead improvement projects

This Job might be for you if:


* Preferred Degree: Industrial Engineering, Business Admin, or related field


* 3-5 years of experience managing Supply Chain Planning


* Experience with SAP


* Strong Presentation Skills


* Leadership role in shaping and implementing supply chain strategies
