Program Overview

Our Sales Development Program equips you with the technical knowledge, professional skills, and real world experience required to thrive in solution-based technical sales roles across the country.

Over 12 months, you'll progress through two distinct phases that combine classroom learning, hands-on practice, and guided sales experience.

Phase 1: Foundations (Months 1-3)

Your journey begins with three months of comprehensive, instructor-led training that builds your confidence from the ground up.

You'll learn:


* Electrical Fundamentals - What electricity is, how it works, and how our products connect to real world applications.

* Sales Techniques - Core selling skills, customer engagement strategies, and consultative selling approaches.

Phase 1 gives you the complete toolkit you need - whether you're coming from a technical major or learning these concepts for the first time.

Phase 2: Inside Sales Experience (Months 4-12)

After building a solid foundation, you'll step into a hands-on inside sales role supporting one of our experienced sales areas.

This phase is designed to let you apply what you learned in Phase 1 while being supported and mentored by seasoned sales professionals.

You will:
