Sales Manager-Process Automation

We are looking for Sales Manager to be Responsible for selling integrated solutions (that bring together both hardware and software products plus services) of process automation to be involved in the direct sales process by managing new and existing accounts in Kuwait and serves as a key point of contact between the client and Schneider electric.

Key Responsibilities:


* Promote to clients new offerings and recommends integrated solutions that suit client's business' needs.


* Coordinates the preparation of bids documents and proposals with all stakeholders.


* Having the capability to conduct product demonstrations to customers with high negotiation skills to close deals.


* Manage relationship and be the owner of Kuwait customers including End Users, EPCs , consultants and channel distributers.


* Manage complex deals with multiple decision maker and manage internal / external stakeholders.


* Define the growth strategy for major accounts and leads its implementation .


* Follow SE sales process and use business forecasting tools.


* Achieve business goals and region growth strategy.


* Create new business opportunities at non installed base customers.


* Penetrate new segments in Kuwait market and diversify clients.


* Promote and sell SE digital transformation solutions in new segments

Qualifications:


* Engineering degree related to controls and automation


* Minimum of 10 years relevant experience in process automation sales .


* Preferred experience in Kuwait market


* Fluent English communication


* Excellent communication and negotiation skills


* Knowledge of major Kuwaiti customers procurement process and clear understanding of decision making criteria.
