Permanent, full time (37.5 hpw Monday to Friday, with on call on a rota basis)

Salary £34,603 per annum plus van and great benefits including up to 34 days leave

What you’ll do


* Bricklaying across repairs, maintenance and property refurbishments.    


* Delivering high-quality and compliant work.


* Multi skilling to improve first time fixes and prevent multiple visits to customers’ homes. 


* Working in our properties in/across Area (needs to be a commutable distance for you).

 All jobs are scheduled so you know exactly where you need to be.

You have


* City and Guilds NVQ Level 3 in brickwork or equivalent.


* Experience in all aspects of bricklaying within a maintenance environment. 


* Experience in other building trade areas (multi skilled).


* A flexible approach, able to use your own initiative and judgement.


* A full current driving licence as you’ll be provided with a company van for business use and commuting.

The practical bits


* Working Monday to Friday, you’ll also be asked to take part in our out of hours service on a rota with colleagues with an additional generous on call payment. 


* You’ll work across our properties in the North Lakes.  Our office base is in Maryport.


* You must be able to use technology for logging jobs, complete online learning and collaborating with other colleagues.


* You’ll need a Basic DBS check done and we pay for that.
