Position Summary:
A MA Trainee will work in an assigned NeighborHealth Department fulfilling the duties assigned to them by their direct Manager.

Essential Duties:


* Will provide excellent customer service to help resolve inquiries or requests for patients and NeighborHealth staff.


* Will work in their assigned NeighborHealth Department supporting the needs of that Department, their colleagues, and patients (if applicable).


* Will provide telephone/email support; answering phones/emails in a pleasant and cordial manner while providing excellent customer service to help resolve inquiries or requests. 


* Follow established departmental policies and procedures for environmental safety and infection control.


* Reflect NeighborHealth core values.


* Maintain professional attitude.


* Will work in their assigned NeighborHealth Department supporting the needs of that Department, their colleagues, and patients (if applicable).


* Maintain issues promptly.


* Will provide telephone/email support; answering phones/emails pleasantly and cordially while providing excellent customer service to help resolve inquiries or requests. 


* Participates in required departmental activities. 


* Maintain excellent punctuality and attendance.


* Adhere to all NeighborHealth and departmental policies and procedures.


* Use NeighborHealth devices appropriately.


* Follow established departmental policies and procedures for environmental safety and infection control.


* Perform other related duties from the clinical department as needed.

Education:


* High School Diploma or G.E.D.

Skills/Abilities:


* Able to anticipate potential problems and problem-solve independently.


* Good communication skills with the ability to work with different NeighborHealth departments both independently and as a team member.


* Bilingual in Spanish prefer but not required.
