Position Summary

Delta View Post Acute is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for the full-time AM shift.

The RN is responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care, supervising clinical staff, and ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our residents in a post-acute care setting.

Key Responsibilities


* Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established care plans and physician orders


* Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately


* Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes to physicians and care team


* Supervise and support CNAs and other nursing staff


* Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards


* Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team members, including therapy and social services


* Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate interventions


* Ensure adherence to infection control, safety, and facility protocols


* Participate in care planning and resident assessments

Qualifications


* Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California


* Previous experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute setting preferred


* Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills


* Excellent communication and leadership abilities


* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment


* Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
