It all begins with a clean plate and that starts with YOU! Are you ready to roll up your sleeves? We’re looking for a Kitchen Steward who values the details, who’s passionate about cleanliness and efficiency as they are about food. 

This is a part time position, working a minimum of 24 hours per week over the roster cycle.  

Your day to day


* Dishwashing and utensil cleaning 


* Kitchen organisation and maintenance


* Inventory management


* Support kitchen colleagues 


* Adherence to safety and hygiene standards

What we need from you


* Proven hospitality Kitchen experience is desirable 


* Sometimes you’ll need to lift, push and pull big objects up to 50lbs (23 kg).

This can involve bending and kneeling 


* Good reading, writing and basic maths 


* Flexibility with night, weekend and public holiday shifts 


* Communication skills – ability to develop rapport within a short time frame​ 


* Display a commitment to our guests to consistently maintain a high level of quality at all times
