Area Product Director - Blueprint

Lead strategy and execution for Blueprint, scaling an AI-enabled platform that drives measurable field performance.

In this role, you will define strategy, inspire cross-functional collaboration, and drive measurable impact across a complex enterprise environment.

As the Area Product Director - Blueprint in the Consumer Bank, you will oversee the strategy, roadmap, and execution of a high-visibility platform that supports field performance and operational excellence.

You will guide product development from discovery through delivery, partnering closely with technology, analytics, operations, controls, HR, and business leaders to ensure both impact and governance alignment.

This role requires balancing AI-driven innovation with disciplined execution in a regulated environment.

Your leadership will shape how Blueprint continues to scale while integrating more deeply into enterprise product and reporting frameworks.

Job responsibilities



* Oversees the product roadmap, vision, development, execution, risk management, and business growth targets


* Leads the entire product life cycle through planning, execution, and future development by continuously adapting, developing new products and methodologies, managing risks, and achieving business targets like cost, features, reusability, and reliability to support growth


* Coaches and mentors the product team on best practices, such as solution generation, market research, storyboarding, mind-mapping, prototyping methods, product adoption strategies, and product delivery, enabling them to effectively deliver on objectives


* Owns product performance and is accountable for investing in enhancements to achieve business objectives


* Monitors market trends, conducts competitive analysis, and identifies opportunities for product differentiation


* Drive measurable business outcomes through AI, machine learning, and LLM-enabled capabilities


* Manage cross-product dependencies and upstream system integrations


* Oversee platform reliability, scalability, and enterprise reporting alignment


* Partner with controls, risk, compliance, HR, and business stakeholders to ensure governance alignment


* Influence senior leaders and navigate complex stakeholder environments


* Represent Blueprint in enterprise product, governance, and strategic forums

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills



* 8+ years of experience or equivalent expertise delivering products, projects, or technology applications


* Extensive knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics
