Location - Bangalore



* Hands-on experience working with Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM).


* Experience on performing configuration across inbound, outbound, and inventory management workflows.


* Experience in working with MAWM functionalities including:



* Receiving, Putaway, Inventory Management, Wave Management, Cubing, Loading, and Shipping.



* Experience in working for support projects.


* Experience in debugging issues using APIs, Postman.


* Good to have knowledge on proactive


* Knowledge on environment setup in postman and collection creation


* Resolve P1 incidents within the defined SLA and communicate status updates to business stakeholders.


* Analyse incidents and provide timely workarounds to ensure business continuity.


* Experience in conducting Fit/Gap analysis, design, system setup, configuration, testing and implementation, documentation & training


* Collaborate with onsite and offshore functional/technical teams for issue resolution and enhancements.


* Strong analytical, problem-solving, oral, and written communication skills.


* Ability to work in a structured, collaborative, and time-bound environment.
