Sr. Manager - Mid Market Enterprise

We are looking for a high-impact sales professional to drive growth in the Mid-Market Enterprise segment within our Secure Power business.

* Role Level: Manager / Sr.

* Function: Enterprise Sales (Mid-Market)

Key Responsibilities:


* Own and grow the mid-market enterprise portfolio across key verticals


* Drive end-to-end sales: demand generation - solution positioning - closure


* Build strong CXO-level relationships and partner ecosystem


* Identify new opportunities in data centers, IT infrastructure, and power solutions


* Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, delivery, alliances) to ensure winning proposals

What We're Looking For:


* 6-12+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience (preferably in power, data center, IT infra, or related domains)


* Preferred Engineering background with understanding of UPS and Power related products.


* Strong track record of achieving/overachieving revenue targets


* Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder deals


* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills


* Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership and execution bias
