* Associated Degree in construction management, construction engineering, or related field


* Heating and Cooling certification/degree/training


* 5 to 7 years experience with strong background in construction projects , heating and cooling operations and projects

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS


* Bachelors Degree in construction management, construction engineering or related field


* Basic knowledge of electrical control systems.


* Knowledge of mechanical drawings and C.A.D.


* Strong interpersonal skills required for supervisory responsibility.
