Manages the day-to-day Beach Services operations personally or through subordinates.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Annualized Salary $77K - $82K

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


* Determines work procedures and expedites workflow.



* Issues written, oral instructions, and writes reports when required.



* Assigns duties and examines work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures.



* Communicates effectively with subordinates, peers, Executive and Management team, non-guests, guests and members.



* Provides signature service to members and guests that meet or exceed expectations.



* Takes ownership of member, hotel guests, and guest’s complaints and concerns; and ensures that they are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.



* Creates and successfully manages department annual budget, prelim reports and forecasting.



* Develops and executes training procedures for the Beach Services team.
