Intern – Test Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented [Test Engineer] Intern to join our [Testing Group] team for Summer 2026.

In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in [Large-Port-Count Optical Networking Equipment testing and data analysis], work alongside industry professionals, and contribute to meaningful projects that support our team and company objectives.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

OCS testing and data analysis

Use optical measuring equipment, generate test software and extract characterization parameters from raw data

Work together with a team of test engineers to choose test configuration, collect large amount of data, analyze the data and generate test reports.

Generate reports including test conditions, test results, data validation, conclusion and future improvement

Education & Experience

Education Level Required: [Master's / PhD]

Majors: [EE, Optics or Physics]

Relevant coursework or extracurricular experience in [AI and ML related programming] is a plus.

Open to currently enrolled students or those who have graduated within one year of the internship start date.

* Regular use of a computer and other office equipment is necessary.

Physical Requirements



* Sitting for extended periods while working on a computer or in meetings.


* Use of hands and fingers for typing, writing, and handling documents.


* Occasional lifting of objects or materials up to 20 pounds for administrative tasks.


* Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
