TB Customer Service Logistics Manager

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

* Train/Consult/Mentor routing personnel on technology utilization, route efficiencies and data analysis.


* Report to upper management regarding routing operation effectiveness through the use of scorecards, data analysis and management observations.


* Provide project management support.


* Support field locations in preparation for software implementation(s).

This would include data integration and clean-up, training, unitization support and communication of best practices.


* Spend a majority of time working with and in the field to help operations first to integrate and then to utilize logistic technologies to improve fleet operations.

Minimum Qualifications


* Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field required.


* Must have a high competence level in the use of MS Office including Excel.


* Good understanding of database management.

Preferred Qualifications


* Previous experience with logistics software would be a plus.

Especially RoadNet Technology.


* Experience with onboard computer systems a plus.


* Above average communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management.


* Strategic thinking and development of "future" processes and technology utilization as it pertains to the collection and distribution of raw material.


* Good work ethic with high regard for effective time management.


* Demonstrate solid follow-up techniques based on current workload.


* Proactive and organized to balance work in the field along with administrative duties.


* Ability to multi-task with assignments.


* Travel required up to 75%.

Physical Demands


* Frequently required to walk, stand, sit, climb, balance, stop, kneel, crawl and crouch.


* Frequently required to lift up to 50lbs.


* Regularly required to reach with hands and arms.

Work Environment

Job duties will be carried out in multiple environments including plant, office and personal vehicle.
