Shift: AM | 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Schedule: 3 days on / 3 days off rotation
Pay Range: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour, DOE

Position Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering and overseeing high-quality nursing care, supervising clinical staff, and ensuring resident safety and well-being in accordance with physician orders and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:


* Oversee and supervise LVNs and CNAs to ensure safe and effective care delivery


* Provide direct nursing care by initiating and implementing individualized treatment plans


* Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders


* Initiate and manage IV therapy, perform blood draws, and administer injections as needed


* Monitor residents' conditions using sound clinical judgment and intervene appropriately


* Complete resident admissions and discharges as assigned


* Communicate changes in resident condition to physicians and interdisciplinary team members


* Maintain ongoing communication with residents and families regarding care plans and status

Requirements:


* Active and valid California Registered Nurse (RN) license


* Must have prior skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience


* Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills


* Ability to effectively supervise and support nursing staff


* Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
