As the Data and Analytics Lead Product Manager, you will define and deliver the data and AI/ML strategy for Securities Services.

You will work across a matrixed organization, partnering with CIB-wide and firmwide teams to establish a target state data operating model, drive innovation, and deliver tangible business outcomes.

Job responsibilities


* Provide strategic thought leadership on developing and delivering data solutions that support business operations, strategic objectives, and advanced analytics, AI/ML.


* Collaborate with senior business and functional leaders, product owners, and analytics leads to identify, define, and prioritize critical data and AI/ML needs, ensuring effective governance and utilization across the business.


* Design and deliver products by integrating data into analytics platforms to support projects such as machine learning and artificial intelligence.


* Establish and maintain collaborative partnerships with stakeholders to enhance data understanding and quality across business areas and functions.


* Direct the creation and implementation of processes to identify, monitor, and mitigate data risks, including protection, retention, storage, use, and quality.


* Oversee data and AI/ML strategy initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals, and collaborate with senior leadership to prioritize and execute critical projects.


* Manage and mentor staff, both direct and matrixed; drive teams toward execution milestones and mitigate risks, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills


* 15+ years of relevant experience with a proven track record in developing and delivering enterprise-scale data and AI/ML strategy.


* Financial services industry domain expertise at large global organizations (sell side or buy side).


* Experience working in highly matrixed structures and hands-on experience with senior management/executive level updates and presentations.


* Ability to lead and mentor cross-functional teams, with strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills.


* Deep understanding of data management principles, governance frameworks, and lifecycle management, including data protection, quality, and classification.
