based position, the expected compensation range is $117,600 - $176,400 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States.

Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.

Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Schneider Electric is searching for a highly motivated and collaborative leader to join our team as Services Execution Program Manager within the Cloud and Service Provider segment for US Services.

This role requires a professional with experience in service execution, project coordination, and cross-business unit (BU) alignment.

The ideal candidate will ensure best-in-class execution by optimizing service delivery, resource planning, and risk mitigation strategies across the strategic programs.

The Services Execution Program Manager will work closely with execution teams, field services, and the C&SP Execution Program Leader to develop structured processes, improve execution efficiency, and drive customer satisfaction.

What will you do:

Project Execution & Coordination:


* Manage individual project scope, schedule, cost, and quality to ensure execution aligns with contractual commitments.


* Act as a coordination point between field resources, subcontractors, and business units to streamline execution efforts.


* Ensure work orders are accurately created, assigned, and tracked to completion in a timely manner.


* Drive resolution of on-site challenges by working closely with Field Service Leaders, and Customer Success Managers (CSMs).

Customer Engagement & Service Readiness:


* Ensure customer commitments are met by aligning project execution with contractual agreements.


* Provide real-time execution updates to internal stakeholders and escalate risks proactively.
