Job Responsibilities:



* Treatment Plan Development: Create effective treatment plans and obtain necessary approvals from referring physicians.


* Patient Care: Deliver treatment in accordance with physician-directed plans.


* Supervision: Oversee Physical Therapy Assistants in patient care activities, ensuring compliance with state practice regulations.


* Collaboration: Maintain open communication with supervisors and healthcare team members regarding patient progress and care plans.


* Meeting Participation: Attend Patient Care Conferences, Utilization Review meetings, and Rehabilitation Conferences as needed.


* Documentation: Keep accurate records of evaluations, daily treatment notes, and weekly progress reports in compliance with PT Board policies.
