We are looking for a reliable, kind, and team-oriented Dietary Aide to join our dining services team.

🍽️ What You'll Do

As a Dietary Aide, you help create a positive dining experience for our residents by assisting with meal service and kitchen operations.

Responsibilities include:


* Prepare dining room for meals and special events


* Serve meals to residents in a friendly and respectful manner


* Assist residents as needed during meal service


* Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and dining areas


* Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment


* Follow food safety and infection control standards


* Work collaboratively with kitchen and care staff


* Support a welcoming and comfortable dining atmosphere

* Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills


* Dependable and punctual


* Compassion for seniors and older adults


* Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment


* Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs during shift


* Previous food service experience preferred but not required — we will train the right person!
