Job Responsibilities:



* Patient Treatment: Deliver patient care per the directives of the overseeing Occupational Therapist and physician treatment plans.


* Documentation: Maintain accurate daily treatment notes and weekly progress reports in compliance with OT Board requirements.


* Communication: Foster clear communication with supervisors and healthcare team members concerning patient progress and treatment plans.
