REQUIREMENTS


* 3+ years of restaurant management


* Polished casual, upscale or fine dining experience (preferred)


* Experience in scratch kitchen environments (preferred)


* Stable job history


* Solid business acumen – P&L, scheduling, ordering/inventory


* High School or equivalent
