What will you do:


* Lead the deployment of Schneider Performance System (SPS) across multiple sites, domains, and technologies, ensuring operational excellence


* Spearhead manufacturing research and development initiatives to optimize production costs and enhance quality standards


* Develop and implement innovative manufacturing procedures while conducting technical feasibility assessments


* Evaluate and design production processes, focusing on efficiency improvements and cost reduction


* Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to establish product specifications and quality standards
