We are currently seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our interdisciplinary care team.
Responsibilities:


* Collaborate with Occupational Therapists to develop and implement individualized treatment plans


* Assist residents with therapeutic activities and exercises to improve functional independence


* Educate residents and families on adaptive techniques and equipment to support daily living


* Document treatment sessions accurately and track resident progress


* Communicate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated, resident-centered care

Requirements:


* Current Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) certification


* Valid California state licensure as a COTA


* Strong communication and interpersonal skills


* Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment


* Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care

Compensation & Benefits:


* $36-$38 per hour, DOE
