What You'll Do:


* Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist


* Implement individualized care plans to improve patient mobility and function


* Perform therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, gait training, and modalities


* Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising PT


* Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and recovery goals


* Accurately document all treatments in the EMR system


* Contribute to discharge planning and overall patient outcomes

What We're Looking For:


* Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (Required)


* Strong communication and documentation skills


* Passion for patient care and rehabilitation
