Dublin Post Acute is currently seeking compassionate and dependable State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) to join our team — with a primary focus on weekend coverage for day shift.
💲 Pay & Incentives:


* Base Pay: Starting at $19.00 per hour and up, based on experience


* Shift Differential: Additional $2.00 per hour for shifts worked between 3:00 PM - 7:00 AM


* Weekend Warrior Incentive: Earn an additional $3.00 per hour when you pick up two weekend shifts each week

Responsibilities:


* Provide high-quality, resident-centered care


* Assist residents with activities of daily living


* Support nursing staff with clinical tasks


* Maintain a safe, compassionate environment

Qualifications:


* Current Ohio STNA certification in good standing


* Strong teamwork and communication skills


* Reliable attendance and a commitment to exceptional care
