Provisioning & Stored Cards Product Manager, Vice President

As a Provisioning & Stored Cards Vice President within Connected Commerce on the Payments Product team, you will lead the roadmap for improving key metrics for wallet journeys.
Your focus will be to deliver secure, compliant, and scalable capabilities that reduce fraud losses and complaint volumes while improving customer experience and enabling sustainable growth across digital payment experiences.
You will need to work with key stakeholders, including Trust and Security, Authentication, Channels, Engineering, Risk/Compliance, Operations, Data/Analytics, and external partners.
Job responsibilities
* Own the end-to-end product roadmap for wallet provisioning journeys, ensuring scalability, reliability, and consistent performance across channels and use cases.
* Lead the definition of customer challenge and step-up experiences across wallet provisioning journeys, ensuring the solutions address the specific requirements of these journeys and customer use cases.
* Lead the design and delivery of core domain capabilities on AWS, leveraging APIs, Kafka, and Snowflake to support high-throughput journeys with resilient, efficient performance.
* Drive cross-functional execution by partnering closely with Engineering, Design, Risk/Compliance, Operations, and Data teams to deliver high-quality releases; create detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria; and manage trade-offs, dependencies, and sequencing across a multi-team roadmap.
* Ensure release readiness and quality through structured pre-release reviews, regression testing, and QA sign-offs, confirming releases are production-ready and meet security, compliance, and customer experience standards.
* Define success metrics and analytics in partnership with firmwide stakeholders to measure product performance and customer outcomes; identify gaps and opportunities; scope enhancements; evaluate implementation approaches; and create remediation plans when results deviate from targets.
* Communicate strategy, risks, and progress to executives and senior leadership, including clear decision points, timeline implications, and measurable outcomes.
* Publish regular executive reporting on product health, key operational and risk metrics, industry and competitive trends, and voice-of-customer insights.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
* 5+ years of experience in financial services, digital, product management and/or Agile software development.
