We are looking for a Pre-Sales Systems Engineering Manager for our Networking Group to cover our North Texas and Souther Oklahoma Territory to support our Enterprise Clients.
Responsibilities:
Lead and develop a team of Sales Engineers, driving technical strategy and execution across customer engagements while partnering closely with sales, product, and leadership teams.
Oversee pre-sales activities, ensure delivery of high-quality solution designs, and support the team in achieving revenue goals and exceptional customer outcomes.
Education and Experience Required:
* University or Bachelor's degree; advanced or Master's degree preferred.
* Proven success in Sales Engineering or technical pre-sales, with 8-10 years of experience guiding technical strategy, supporting complex customer engagements, and collaborating effectively across teams.
* Demonstrated ability to mentor others, drive customer outcomes, and contribute to a high-performing team environment.
