Senior Finance Manager, Supply Chain Manufacturing
As the Finance leader for 10 Dairy plants, you are a trusted partner to the VP of Manufacturing and his/her leadership team.
You manage, organize, and mobilize your network of controllers to mitigate risks, close performance gaps, and drive improved financial performance.
You bring a balance of strategic thinking and tactical knowledge, connecting the commercial team in the corporate center to the factory floor.
This role is located at our Arden Hills, MN Headquarters (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in office each week)
Key Job responsibilities will include:
* Provide support and financial guidance for the VP of Manufacturing on all key decisions and initiatives related to $500+ million of manufacturing costs.
* Accountable for budgets, forecasts and reporting of actual results.
* Ensure strong control environment, including partnering with Internal Audit/SOX
* Responsible for anticipating & identifying risks and opportunities and proposing action plans for initiatives to improve performance.
* Develop the strategic roadmap inclusive of supporting Operational Excellence Initiatives and Capital Plan.
* Nurture a positive, inclusive culture with high team engagement through focused management, coaching, direction, and accountability of an experienced team of 4 direct finance professionals and their direct reports (total org approximately 25 employees)
* Role requires ~10% travel to manufacturing facilities
Education/Experience:
* BA degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration required.
MBA desired.
* A minimum of 10-12+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience required.
Preference for previous dairy manufacturing experience
* Demonstrated ability in leading and developing of teams.

$142,160-$213,240.
In most cases, candidates offered employment can expect to be hired at a pay rate near the middle of our salary ranges.
