MFG TRAINING IMPLEMENTATION MANAGER (TIM)

Position Summary:
Act as a liaison to stores, merchandising and the Bakery/Deli manufacturing group.

Provide technical and training support to ensure execution of consistent quality standards and achieve mutual sales and profit goals.

Perform all jobs safely, efficiently and accurately to maintain and improve the performance of the entire plant in the areas of Safety, Quality, Reliability (SQR) and our Customer 1 st strategy.
