The AOC Dispatcher II plays a critical role within the Airport Operations Center (AOC) team, which is dedicated to ensuring efficient airport operations, public safety, and security in both the airport and its surrounding areas, 24 hours a day.

The AOC Dispatcher II is responsible for responding to customer service inquiries via telephone, providing information and paging services to customers.

This role requires the processing of sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

The Dispatcher will also dispatch multi-departmental responders through radio communication as necessary.

Additionally, the position involves the operation and monitoring of various systems, including access control, fire alarms, shuttle maintenance, dynamic message signs (DMS), and lightning detection systems.

The Dispatcher must effectively convey essential information to airport personnel and the public, ensuring clarity and accuracy, while also maintaining precise records to support operational activities and assist the airport operations teams.

This position requires flexibility to work rotating shifts, including days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays, to meet the demands of our 24/7 operations.

Requires availability for emergency call-in.
