SUMMARY

Maintains and organizes human resources information within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS)

RESPONSIBILITIES



* Designs and maintains the HRIS in support of the organizations data management and reporting needs.


* Ensures accuracy and integrity of organizational data within the HRIS.

Creates standard and ad-hoc queries or reports.


* Provides data summaries or statistical analysis for use in strategic planning or decision-making.


* Follows established procedures for updating, validating, and correcting employee records or other related HR data.


* Prepares end-user documentation or training materials as needed.


* Performs work under minimal supervision.


* Handles complex issues and problems, and refers only the most complex issues to higher-level staff.


* Possesses comprehensive knowledge of subject matter.

REQUIREMENTS



* Bachelors degree and 4-6 years of experience.


* Reports to: Reports to a department head or manager.


* Competencies: Oral and written communication skills, Organizational skills, Analytical thinking skills, Project scheduling skills, Problem-solving skills, and Technical expertise.

Qualifications



* 3-5 years of experience


* Master required or bachelor's degree and years of experience combined


* Proficient in writing SQL based queries preferred, but not required


* Willingness and capacity to learn new technologies as necessary


* Attention to detail to ensure high quality deliverables


* Ability to work in a very fast-paced, multi-task environment


* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen to needs, provide clear direction


* Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing


* Ability to work with business partners to solve complex problems and document requirements


* Experience with Performance Management Systems, People Fluent, Taleo, Oracle HCM Cloud and SAS preferred.
