Job Title: Admissions Director
Location: Dublin Post Acute - Dublin, OH

Job Summary:
Dublin Post Acute is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Admissions Director to lead our census development efforts and manage the admissions process.

This role is key in building strong referral relationships, coordinating admissions, and ensuring a smooth transition for residents into our facility.

Responsibilities:


* Manage the entire admissions process from referral to admission


* Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, case managers, and referral sources


* Conduct facility tours for prospective residents and families


* Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure appropriate admissions


* Verify insurance coverage and collaborate with billing as needed


* Track and report census, referral activity, and conversion rates


* Participate in marketing and community outreach efforts


* Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards

Qualifications:


* Previous experience in admissions, marketing, or healthcare preferred (LTC/SNF strongly preferred)


* Strong communication and relationship-building skills


* Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance processes


* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment


* Goal-oriented with a focus on census growth
