Concert Festival Fulfillment Associate

Job Description

We are seeking a hardworking and motivated individual to fill the position of Concert Festival Fulfillment Associate.

The Concert Festival Fulfillment Associate is at a seated station and is responsible for working with customers and delivering concert ticket orders.

The work atmosphere is friendly, great culture, and encouraged to listen to music (via headphones) at work! You will work at a steady pace to ensure accuracy in-order and provide top-notch service and meet production deadlines.

This job is located close to Austin-Bergstrom airport in south Austin.

What you will do?


* Prepare material for mailing by pulling concert wristbands/tickets/etc., activating tickets, and inserting them into an envelope.


* Must maintain a steady pace while paying attention to details at all times.


* Meet metrics and production goals for units per hour.

What you will bring?


* Ability to maintain a steady pace while staying detail-oriented.


* Comfortable with a repetitive position


* High School Diploma or GED required.


* Commitment to the schedule (no part-time available) M-F from 9 AM - 6 PM
