The Role: Claims Management Representative

The Claims Management Representative is responsible for investigating, validating, and resolving customer claims related to billing, delivery, product quality, or service issues.

This role plays a critical part in maintaining customer trust and ensuring financial accuracy.

What will you do?

• Receive, review, and process customer claims in accordance with company policies.

• Investigate root causes by collaborating with internal departments (e.g., logistics, finance, quality).

• Ensure timely resolution and communicate outcomes to customers and stakeholders.

• Maintain detailed records of claims and resolutions for audit and reporting purposes.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance claims handling efficiency.

Who would be successful?

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.

• 1-3 years of experience in claims processing, customer service, or dispute resolution.

• Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP).

• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.

• Effective communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to handle sensitive issues with professionalism and empathy.
