Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

💰 $35-$37 per hour
🕒 Full time AM & On-Call

What You'll Do
Lead Your Shift


* Supervise and support CNAs to ensure high-quality care


* Make rounds and ensure care plans are followed


* Collaborate with physicians, therapy, and interdisciplinary team


* Communicate clearly with families and residents


* Create a calm, respectful, team-centered environment

Deliver Exceptional Clinical Care


* Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately


* Monitor resident condition and report changes


* Complete accurate and timely documentation


* Participate in admissions, transfers, and discharges


* Respond confidently in urgent and changing situations

* Support infection control and safety standards


* Participate in quality assurance and care planning (MDS support)


* Assist with training and mentoring new staff


* Help maintain a culture of accountability and compassion

What We're Looking For


* Active, unencumbered LVN/LPN license


* Current CPR certification


* Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred


* Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills


* Team-oriented mindset


* Calm under pressure and solution-focused


* Knowledge of PCC preferred
