Key Responsibilities


* Provide compassionate nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse


* Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team


* Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely


* Collaborate with a supportive and team-oriented staff


* Maintain timely, accurate, and thorough clinical documentation

Qualifications


* Active LVN license in good standing


* Strong commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork


* Excellent communication and organizational skills


* Experience in post-acute or long-term care is preferred, but not required
