Per Diem Physical Therapist (PT)
Location: Arvin Post Acute - Arvin, CA
Schedule: Per Diem / Flexible Hours
Pay: $65-$75/hour DOE

Job Description:
Arvin Post Acute is hiring a Licensed Physical Therapist to provide per diem coverage at our skilled nursing facility in Arvin, CA.

This is a flexible opportunity to work with a supportive therapy team and deliver high-quality rehab services to patients in a post-acute setting.

Responsibilities:


* Complete evaluations and develop care plans


* Deliver 1:1 therapy per plan of care


* Educate patients and caregivers on mobility and home exercise programs


* Participate in care team meetings and discharge planning


* Maintain accurate documentation and billing records

Qualifications:


* CA Licensed Physical Therapist


* Graduate of an accredited PT program


* CPR certified (or willing to obtain)


* SNF or geriatric rehab experience preferred
