As a Product Manager in Digital Utilities, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle.

As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value.

Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences.

With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.

You will lead the a business area and its corresponding API portfolio that connects internal and external consumers across JPMorganChase to the our customers' Statements of Record.

Digital Utilities provides platform APIs and shared services that enable consistent, secure connectivity between JPMorganChase producers and consumers of record-based data.

You will own an API portfolio, corresponding to a business area and use case served by Digital Utilities.

This role drives standardization across API design, onboarding, entitlements, and operational readiness to improve developer experience and reliability at scale.

You will balance delivery across new capabilities, modernization of existing interfaces, and reduction of integration friction for high-volume client and internal use cases.

You will collaborate with risk, controls, cybersecurity, and data governance partners to ensure solutions meet firm standards and regulatory expectations.

Job responsibilities



* Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers


* Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap


* Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition


* Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability


* Leads an API portfolio end-to-end, including roadmap planning, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment across lines of business and shared services.


* Defines and evolves API product standards (design, versioning, documentation, deprecation, and backward compatibility) to improve reuse and reduce fragmentation.
