💰 Pay:


* Full-Time: $70-$75/hour + full benefits


* Travel/PRN: Up to $95/hour (no benefits)

What You'll Do:


* Evaluate patients within 24 hours (or 1 business day) of referral


* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans


* Provide hands-on therapy in accordance with physician orders


* Supervise PTAs and support staff in patient care activities


* Collaborate with interdisciplinary team on patient progress and outcomes


* Participate in care conferences, discharge planning, and rehab meetings


* Train staff and caregivers on maintenance and restorative programs


* Ensure accurate, timely documentation per state and regulatory guidelines


* Assist with ordering adaptive and durable medical equipment


* Maintain therapy equipment and report any issues

What We're Looking For:


* Active California Physical Therapist license (in good standing)


* Degree in Physical Therapy (Bachelor's required; Master's or Doctorate preferred)


* Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute setting preferred


* Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills


* Ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate effectively


* Comfortable with EMR systems such as Casamba and PointClickCare
