Midtown Oaks Post Acute is seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate LVN Treatment Nurse to join our team! This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality wound and treatment care while being part of a supportive, team-driven environment.

What You'll Do:


* Provide and oversee wound care and treatment services for residents


* Accurately document treatments and monitor healing progress


* Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members


* Ensure compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards


* Educate staff and residents on proper skin care and prevention

What We're Looking For:


* Active California LVN license


* Experience with wound care and treatments in a skilled nursing setting preferred


* Strong attention to detail and documentation skills


* Compassionate, patient-centered approach


* Team player with a positive attitude
