Key Responsibilities:


* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dish room


* Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, utensils, pots, and pans


* Monitor dishwashing temperatures and chlorine levels


* Assist with breakfast tray setup and juice preparation for medication passes


* Support meal service and tray line setup


* Prepare snacks, butter bread, and pour beverages


* Sweep, mop, and remove trash from kitchen areas


* Properly store groceries and maintain clean food storage areas


* Report any resident care or safety concerns to leadership

Qualifications:


* Prior dietary aide or kitchen experience, preferably in a healthcare setting


* Strong attention to cleanliness, safety, and organization


* Team-oriented attitude with a commitment to providing excellent service


* Reliable, positive, and ready to support resident care
