Senior Product - Technical Product Manager

As a Senior Associate, Product Manager in Connected Commerce on the Wallet and Lending Innovation organization, you will help conceptualize the next generation of payment platforms, drive innovative thinking, and support the creation of seamless customer experiences that become the foundation of Chase digital payments and commerce experiences.

You will support the vision and roadmap, contribute to the product development lifecycle, monitor platform performance, and help scale payments platforms to millions of customers.

Job responsibilities:


* Support the definition and management of the roadmap for the product line; contribute to the vision and strategy for the product/platform.


* Collaborate with engineering teams to design and deliver technical products, including APIs, data models, and data processing pipelines.


* Write clear and detailed product requirements and user stories, translating business needs into technical specifications.


* Partner closely with Technology, Design, and Analytics teams to support product development efforts and ensure alignment across functions.


* Contribute to the design and implementation of robust Settlement and Reconciliation platforms, services, and data pipelines to ensure accuracy and reliability in payment processing and reporting.


* Assist with product backlog creation and grooming, support agile product delivery, launch and go to market for product, production support, issue & defect resolution, and prioritization.


* Navigate and execute within a large, complex organization-working through ambiguity, structuring problems, and driving alignment across multiple teams.


* Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across business, technology, risk, controls, legal, and compliance teams; facilitate effective communication and collaboration.


* Monitor against goals, help identify and scope implementation paths for needed enhancements, and support remediation plans when needed.


* Collaborate with a team of cross-functional partners to ensure a strong risk and controls environment.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:


* 3+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on technical products (APIs, databases, data processing, or similar).


* Experience in the financial technology or payments industry, with a strong understanding of payment flows, digital wallets, and money movement.
