As a Product Manager in Chase Auto, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle.

As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide business value.

Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences.

With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.

Chase Auto Product team is seeking a Senior Product Lead who will dive head-first into creating innovative solutions focused on supporting Auto Dealer Relationship Managers and Bankers with the Salesforce application.

The Product team operates as an agile construct within the Consumer Bank, sitting at the intersection of the product, technology and experience.

This role will own the identification and delivery of features and experiences to facilitate our efforts to support employees delivery on the growth of our business with clients.

If you have proven experience launching successful products in dynamic, consumer-facing companies, passion for improving people's lives, the ability to craft and deliver creative solutions to challenging (but exciting) customer problems, then we are looking for you!

Job responsibilities


* Build value for our customers by guiding successful product launches and consistently exceeding expectations.

Through delivery of high-quality products that resonate with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.


* Lead successfully multiple simultaneous complex strategic product initiatives and own the end-to-end product lifecycle from the customer research, discovery, delivery to product launch and monitoring post launch performance of the product for continuous improvements.


* Provide visibility opportunities across product and business eco system senior leaders throughout Chase Auto


* Identify opportunities for product improvement and differentiation, efficiency and standardization, scalability, and implement process improvements.


* Leverage systems thinking to articulate end-to-end solution to stakeholders


* Find synergies across various stakeholders, partners and vendors within the solution eco system
