About the Role
Provide technical maintenance and support for information technology infrastructure systems.

Utilize a variety of tools, techniques and troubleshooting to resolve complex issues within our cloud environment.

Interfaces with vendors and maintenance providers to service and maintain the system, implement necessary measures to limit the system’s downtime, provide technical support to optimize system performance.

Job Duties and Responsibilities 


* Lead our push toward a modern, cloud native organization by designing and managing scalable, resilient systems on AWS.


* Utilize Infrastructure as code (IaC) using terraform to ensure our environments are repeatable, versioned and stable.


* Build and optimize pipelines using GitHub actions, to get code “committed” and “merged” into production successfully.


* Manage our monitoring applications as well as building out streamlined and effective dashboards for the Network Operations Center (NOC).


* Communicate project progress, provide input/expertise for designated committees and/or teams.

Manage work/tasks with both tickets within fresh service and work items within ADO.


* Provide technical maintenance and support to the firm’s Cloud/on-prem infrastructure.

Provide technical assistance to other members and teams of the Technology department including security, telecom, development, support and networking.


* Work with vendors and maintenance providers to service and maintain an operational environment.
