Position Summary

Sunnyvale Gardens Post Acute is seeking a Dietary Aide to join our team on a part-time basis.

This role supports the dietary department in providing nutritious, high-quality meals to our residents while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming dining environment.

Ideal candidates are dependable, team-oriented, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities


* Assist with meal preparation, tray assembly, and meal service


* Deliver meals to residents in a timely and courteous manner


* Follow dietary restrictions and special diet requirements


* Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen, dining, and service areas


* Assist with dishwashing and proper storage of food and supplies


* Comply with food safety, infection control, and facility policies


* Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, and staff

Qualifications


* Previous dietary or food service experience preferred, but not required


* Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team


* Strong attention to cleanliness and food safety standards


* Reliable attendance and flexible availability


* Ability to stand, walk, and lift as required during shift
