COMPENSATION INFORMATION
The salary range(s) represents our good faith estimate for the role at this time.

While we strive to provide competitive and transparent compensation, there may be circumstances where an offer is above or outside of the listed range.

We are open to discussing salary expectations with qualified candidates considering factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience and geographic location will all be considered during the hiring process.


* Manager of Uncertainty Response - Salary Range: $128,950 - $167,640


* Supervisor of Uncertainty Response - Salary Range: $112,240 - $145,810

The Manager or Supervisor of Uncertainty Response leads a team of technical analysts and/or engineers responsible for identifying, analyzing, and mitigating uncertainty risks impacting Balancing Authority (BA) operations.

This role ensures sufficient generation is committed across all time horizons to reliably meet load obligations.

Through advanced studies and analytics, the Manager provides actionable recommendations that support real-time and forward-looking operational decisions, including Reliability Unit Commitment and Balancing functions.

This position plays a critical role in maintaining system reliability, influencing market design, and guiding organizational strategy related to uncertainty forecasting and response.
